Position Description
New England GeoSystems (NEGEO) a spatial information system consulting firm located in Middletown, Connecticut is seeking a GIS/CADD technician to perform a variety of drafting-related functions such as data collection, digitizing, map creation, editing and plotting.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS software in the areas of map production will be required.
Minimum Requirements
High School or Vocation School graduate with course work in computerized mapping, GIS and/or AutoCAD with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a professional environment. An Associate’s degree is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and a valid motor vehicle operator’s license are required.
